Shipping Policy
Each piece of our handmade furniture is individually made to order in our workshop in Crestline, California. Due to the handcrafted nature of our production process, orders may take up to 30–35 business days to produce.
We ship across the United States and internationally. Shipping costs are detailed on the checkout page and vary depending on the customer’s location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied upon delivery by their local authorities.
For deliveries within the United States, our standard rate includes delivery to your home and placement of the product at ground level. Please note that this rate covers standard manual delivery only. If additional equipment (e.g., elevators, cranes, or other lifting tools) is required at the time of delivery, these will incur extra costs that will be billed separately. If the customer does not cover these additional costs or if delivery is not possible due to lack of access or other limitations, the product will be delivered at street level. In the case of a return initiated by the customer under these circumstances, a return fee equivalent to 12% of the product’s value will apply, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
For international and standard deliveries, delivery will be made at street level only.
Once production is completed, you will receive an email notification that your order has been shipped. The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the destination.
